We will look at how a healthy sense of self develops in early life, how it may be disrupted through trauma or neglect, and how the practices of Body-Mind Centering® and Authentic Movement might support healing in those with fragile self-structures. There will be opportunities to research into your ‘alternative senses of self, and those of your clients, using these approaches.For those with previous training in a Body-Mind Centering® approach.
